Course sellers love a screenshot of a sales dashboard. We'd rather show you the boring thing that's actually hard to fake: a full year of our farm's recorded sales, month by month, straight out of Xero.
What you're looking at is our farm's sales income for the 2025–26 financial year as recorded in Xero, our accounting software: produce sold to distributors, restaurants, and card sales at our market stalls. Grants and anything that isn't mushroom sales are stripped out.
What's not in it: cash. We serve 10 farmers' markets every week and a chunk of those stalls is cash in a tin — which doesn't show up in these charts. So the real weekly number is higher than $17,081. We're telling you that in words rather than adding it to the chart, because the chart only carries what we can point to a record for.
That's the standard we'll hold the courses to as well. If we can't prove it, we don't publish it.
All figures AUD. Recorded sales, accrual basis, FY 1 July 2025 – 30 June 2026. Prepared 29 July 2026 from Shroom Brothers Pty Ltd accounting records.
